That grind mechanic is a really good idea ... I'd like to see it stolen elsewhere. That's probably a bad thing to see but someone totally should.

The game was alright for me, didn't care much for the controls.

Hm, why when I click the play button I get a pixelated image in the center of the video, and nothing plays :(.

I've had this game for months now, must have come out in Europe miles ahead of everyone else.
 
It used to be called Rocket Racer iirc and they had to change the name. I deleted it and redownloaded it and lost my save :(

Those rocket cars look like upside down pairs of sneakers.

Downloaded this for the hell of it since it was a PS+ freebie. Looks like it might actually be pretty fun, which is a bonus :)
 
EDIT: Didn't know Halfbrick made this. Those folks seem to have a knack for cranking out really good, really small games at a decent pace. Probably helps that Minis don't have multiplayer or PSN support so it can skip big chunks of QA.

Reminds me of  Super Laser Racer.

super sprint on the nes was awesome. this also seems like it would be fun for a little while. pure technical skill, no rubber banding. Good times.

Played this game at my friends place and we had a blast. Great fun trying to top each others scores, I wish there was an XBLA version.

Played this game some months ago. It's awesome!

I saw the Brad one where he photobombs himself. Sweet.

The noise when he opened up the menu is totally a Starcraft 1 sound, so that's cool.

This game makes me smile :)
