Holy shit, didn't expect this. I backed this game on Indigogo and Carlos, the primary dev, was exceptional with communication and backer testing opportunities for the entire development cycle. Very happy with the final product personally. I think it's about as good as you could expect given the type of sport and the audience size for it.

Did you guys find a copy of that lacrosse game that was in Game Tapes for the original Xbox?

Yeah, guys, Lacrosse is not a European sport. It was invented by Native Americans, and was called "the creators game" and the "the little brother of war". And was generally a training ground for young men to learn skills needed in battle, used to settle disputes, and helped build spiritual strength.

Lacrosse is a French word, and was coined by the French (while in current Canada and the US). But Lacrosse the sport isn't French in origin.

Anyways....none of these are real teams at all. completely made up. Except there are a bunch of "college teams" like "Towson Lions" which is a reference to the actual "Towson Tigers".

ALSO, this game is $50?! jesus Casey, know your games worth.

i think this is a new classic "quick look" just because of them reading the team names.

Lacrosse totally isn't European, it's probably the most American sport there is...especially in places like Long Island.

The pace of the animation of this game seems like it could be set to Benny Hill music

Never thought they could replace Vinny and Jeff doing sports, but I love the two Dan's in these quick looks.
