Well, even if I'd name something terrible, whatever I would name would still be music, which is an automatic win over rap.
 
The problem is that both opinions over this matter are 100% completely set in stone, and whoever says the opposite is an automatic twat, so discussing this is so very pointless.
 
The point still stands, couldn't dislike rap more, would very much like to play around with the video editing stuff!

I am totally gonna pick that game up. I am not the hugest rap fan. But, they seem to have nailed the scoring system for hip-hop, unlike every other karaoke game. I am in.

Ted's freestyle was promising indeed. As for the game itself? For the most part, hip-hop ceased to be an art form after 1992, and this game's track list is a great example as to why that is. Soulja Boy's inclusion is unacceptable.

While I agree that hip-hop and rap music haven't made the greatest or more positive strides in a good number of years, it's no reason to be exclusive on those terms. This isn't meant to be a game that is exclusionary based on what hip-hop and rap "always was" or "needs to be", or simply anything to do with being "progressive" about rap music. Simply put, this is a hip-hop and rap party-rhythm game that is meant to approach the widest population possible. To divuldge it further is simply not what the product is intended to do.  
 
Do I agree Soulja Boy is terrible? Yes, absolutely. Am I still going to sing his song in this game and have fun with it? Yeah I am, and if the popularity that was shown to this song is any different, those people will too.
