I saw a run on that lounge level where the bread toasted itself on the TV after knocking the bowling ball that's sitting on the shelf above, so y'know, ya got alternative ways to become toast if you set your mind to it. But yeah, probably still unbelievably frustrating regardless

I think there should be a Yes/No prompt asking whether you actually want to activate it or not when you touch the golden tanooki leaf. Because once you touch it now, it's just active, and you can't purposely kill your bread to restart the level and do it the right way, so you have to go in the menu to restart.
