I still need to watch this video, but I agree with Vinny's tweet about the game. It's a point-and-click ass point-and-click adventure game. You're picking up everything that's not nailed down, combining it all in your inventory, and using your makeshift rubber chicken pulley nail pulling contraption to pick up all the remaining stuff that you couldn't take when it was nailed down. Metaphorically speaking, anyways.

In other words, it's a lot of fun.

Ooh, nice. I really enjoyed the first game, picked it up after the QL and ended up liking it even more than I was expecting. Glad to hear that this one is living up to that standard too.

Loved 2/3 of the first game.

Man i was hoping this was a Vinny/Alex special. Got my hot beverage ready, let's go!

I wish Vinny didn't feel under pressure to skip through basically all of the dialogue. I actually think it's making my enjoyment of this Quick Look worse, not better.

Really happy this game turned out great, the first one was fantastic.

Hate to be that guy, but that troll IS the janitor from Scrubs. He goes so far as to take that penny in the door bit, word for word. Game does look good though.

The first two acts of the first game were really great and then it went downhill. I was absolutely bored with the mini-sequel The Critter Chronicles (it does not help that I find Critter to be the most annoying side-kick since Jar-Jar Binks). I hope this game goes back to good adventure gaming goodness of the first 2/3 of the first game and not just the endless "celebrity and culture jokes that sound dated before they are even told" riff.

Agreed. I know he's doing it for the quicklook but it's an adventure game. Things are slow, it doesn't help if you jump around like crazy. Just show a slice or two of the game without rushing. Less is more in this case I feel.

41:35 did they straight up use the back to the future soundtrack?

This is a wonderful adventure game. I enjoyed it the whole way through. And there is a massive amount of content here. It took me 28 hours to complete (I don't skip the voiceacting) and I don't feel that I wasted alot of time being stuck.

Well it has been 14 years since Scrubs first season...the show is pretty old now.

This looks like a fun game to play in short sessions. I'll have to give it a go!

The humor was actually really good! Also.... man that elf king is just the perfect role model. And i am 100% serious about that. I wish i where him.

This looks really good. Might wait for it to get a bit cheaper than $35, though. And I get why you'd have referential humor in your game, but stuff like the sword bit and the Game of Thrones dragon eggs are more successful at pulling me out of the game world.

Haha, videos like this make me glad that Vinny moved east. I missed Alex, and he and Vinny are wonderfully ridiculous together. Happy St. Patrick's Day, you two pranksters. :-D

This game looks great. I'd love to watch the whole thing being played or play it with a friend. Can't sit down and play adventure games myself, though; just too slow.

I've watched only two minutes so far, but those two minutes are reminding me of Quick Looks in 2009-2010 with Jeff and Ryan and it's really doing it for me.

That troll is reddit, right down to lifting dialogue from the first episode of Scrubs.

The troll is totally the janitor in Scrubs. I feel sad knowing that!

Not being funny but if you're going to quick look a game where the main element is the humorous dialogue, can you at least let us HEAR the dialogue? What's the point of skipping it all? Most people don't exactly play these games for the gameplay, it's for the story and character interactions. I can't judge whether I'd like this game or not because I don't get a chance to hear any character finish a sentence.
