Pretty sure I drove this route through Idaho while on tour with my band to Boise. They nailed it. Windy, mostly single lane roads all the way down.

If Alex wants to do more Civ on stream, I think he needs someone to engage with - someone he can explain what he's doing to, and that will ask questions and understand what the game is about. Dan was unfortunately not the person for that.

Maybe make it a bit of a co-op thing where they make decisions collectively.

I've been to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Multiple times, actually. Friend of the family owned a house boat on the big-ass lake so my parents would pack myself and sister into the car and we'd go on a road trip to stay on the house boat. Lots of great memories from those trips.
