    Soulcalibur IV

    The fifth installment in Namco's Soul series of weapon-based fighting games, Soulcalibur IV is the first to be released on seventh-generation consoles and the first online entry in the series. It's known for its use of Star Wars characters as guest fighters.

    I remember hearing a rumor that Soul Calibur IV was going to have online.  Has this been proven or is it just offline?

    There is online, some people already got the game early because "Mom and Pop" stores broke street date.

    There has to be online for this game. If there is, which I am hoping, it will be awesome and really competitive.

    yes there will be online cause according to achieve360points.com there are online achievements. Can't wait for that game

    It's online. The Soul Calibur from XBLA has online, why shouldn't this one?

    No, I have it and they never included it. I think the reason was, at the time they started the port, the upload file for XBLA games was still too small which is why they cut out a mode, as well as the possibility for online. Not sure, just it doesn't have online. SC IV to get things straight DOES have online. As you can read in the 1UP review found here.

    Actually right now, that is down. I've tried numerous times to go to the SC4 page. Try it and tell me if it's working for you.
