What Spider-man are you most excited to play as?
 
Mine's Noir, being a huge fan of Metal Gear and Arkham Asylum it seems like this universe was made for me.

Regular-ass Spiderman.

Amazing spider-man because I grew up watching the cartoon. I have not read any comics except for some 70 issues of Mickey Mouse :D

Wait. Favorite or most-anticipated-to-play-as-in-the-new-game?  
 
For the former, I'd probably have to go with generic 616 Spidey. Just a classic, though the Ultimate Spider-Man is swell too.  
 
For the latter, I'm throwing in with 2099. I feel like that is a pretty under-explored alternate reality in the Marvel Canon, so it's good to see it get some exposure. 

Noir for me too. It looks awesome. Then again, so does 2099.

Noir Spider-Man is pretty kick ass.

Noir for sure.  After that, Amazing because of the focus on web-based combat.

I should really get on the game, as I have it but got distracted yesterday by Mass Effect 2.
 
I'll come back when I have some fresh impressions.

 then 2099, 616, and Ultimate 

Ultimate spiderman is my fav.

Amazing is my personal favourite, simply because it had the best combat (and I'm not much for stealth).

Don't really know about Spiderman comics or movies...  But I picked up Spiderman: SD cuz I was bored, and it's a whole hell of a lot of fun so far...

But I'm not that far so we will see how everything shakes out other than Noir... Love the stealth gameplay.

My two favorites are Amazing & Ultimate. 
 
Mainly because not only do i love their levels, but i also love their moves. Don't get me wrong i LOVE the style of Noir the best because i'm also obsessed with old school super hero stuff like that it always has that dark sense, but i  also don't like Noir Spiderman's moves much and get annoyed at the fact that they force you to be stealthy even when it looks like you can take a guy out by straight up combat. 
 
Ultimate is my favorite because Rage comes in handy when surrounded by powerful fuckers, i could have used the Rage ability on that one 2099 Spiderman level where you had to protect this one scientist. 
 
Plus Ultimate Spiderman has  
 

Scarlet Spider.. well.. it's just a costume used in on (classic? ultimate? all?) don't know yet im about to go buy it.
 
As far as the actual 4 my most anticipated is amazing spider-man because i grew up on it, then 2099, ultimate then noir, noir looks awesome but i heard the stealth is ehhh
