So what did you name your ship in the STO Beta? I thought about it for awhile and my GOTY from 2009 came into mind so...

I was laughing at the idea of just having it as the U.S.S. R before playing but then once it came time to name my ship, I could only think of R words. I chose Ravenous because it sounded aggressive.
 
Also because I liked the movie as well as the Arch Enemy song of the same name.

I don't think names can be "taken" in this game, if I understand Dave correctly. It'll always say "Character Name"@"Account Name", so the only thing you have to worry about being taken is the account name.   For instance, we could both name our character Steve. When I talk, it would say Steve@ajamafalous, and when you talk, it would say Steve@Capum15. "
