Steam.exe (main exception): ERROR: delete of Steam.exe failed, Win32 Error 5 "Access is denied."
Tried repairing, reinstalling and restarting, deleting and renaming the .exe files as recommended here - http://forums.steamgames.com/forums/showthread.php?p=23925188, I'm the one and only person on this PC, I have full admin rights, I have up to date anti-virus and anti-malware software, nothing has changed on the software side of things from yesterday. What the shitting balls is going on? I was playing Just Cause 2 about 24 hours ago...JUST fine...

If I do this: "First delete the files in the steam folder EXCEPT the folders and steam.exe"
I get this: Steam.exe (main exception): ERROR: copying SteamNew.exe to Steam.exe failed, Win32 Error 32 "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
