Most was 1800 something, although it's like poker, once you're on a hot streak you get loads, finally managed the 10 ranked wins in a row yesterday, then today I've been terrible, lost around 600 BP and I'm sat back down around 1200, kept saying to myself, 'one more and you can get back into the groove and get your points back' yet they kept chipping away.

2500. I really hate the ranking system they have in place though. I think I will stick to player matches for now.

0 because I don't have the game because my xbox is red ringed and I haven't bothered to get MS to fix it yet. Although, aren't Battle Points only for ranked matches? And don't ranked matches suck because everyone plays as ken? That's what I've heard.

I was sitting around the 400-500 range until I fought a series of Ken's and Blanka's.  Just tough to get around those guys sometimes.  Now I'm down to the 80 something range or so.

Too bad the number of fights and wins is spread between both normal and ranked. I've only had about 30-35 ranked matches and I've won about 21 of those.

This points sistem is ridiculous because it forces people to use cheap strategies.
They should have separate styles of points like ranked points and social points.

Hum... 600-something. I don't have time to practice as much as i'd like so when I play I usually end up losing 300 points and then winning back 300 point. So much for progression!

1019 is pretty much the highest I've gotten. I try to boost it by at least a hundred points every time I play ranked matches.

i think im at about 1200. Thats also my highest.
I was on a 17match streak before my controller died in the middle of my 18th match... I dont think i've ever felt that amount of rage before.

Yeah I have the 'same skill' matchup problem as well.

HEY, SFIV!!! Someone with 3000 BP cannot be classed as the same skill as a person with 600 BP, OK!!

I tend to get fights of the same level if I set it to search for best connection and let people fight me when I'm in arcade. The difference in points is a lot smaller then (when I set it to similar skill I was getting matched with guys with 6000 BP)."

I'm currently at 2014 BP which is the most I've ever had.  410 wins out of 581 matches for a win rate of 70.56%, longest streak is 27 matches won in a row.

(Edit...now at 2305/2305 and 33 matches won in a row)

I'm at 1079 i think... my highest being 1080. Which of course means 1080 for the N64 and once you hit that, you can't physically win anymore points. Maybe. My highest winning streak is 8, but if I didn't let lag get the better of me I'd have done 10 by now. The most frustrating thing about SFIV is finding a match, and once you have hoping they're near your points total. I don't mind playing someone a couple of hundreds above me, but tonight I played someone who was 600 points above me and I played someone on 0 and I had at the time about 700, and that's just menthol.

Oh I guess I should have mentioned in my last post that i only have about 1500 or so BP and maybe got to 1600 at the most.

i think i am on 1440BP atm, i dont play ranked matches often though, i seem to get more games faster when playing in arcade and having player matches on, win streak is only 13 and 400 wins of 680? (using 4 characters so my win lose ratio is shit...)

i am currently beating players with over 2000+ and beat one 4700+ sagat player... just hate being schooled by someone with 0BPs and losing a bucket load of points lol

I barely reached 954 points. Even though, i do try a lot of different caracters for fun even in ranked matches, so I might get higher if i ever decide to stick to a particular character. Waht i found though is that while i lose a couple of matches, winning against 3k points guys rape their score nd give me a bunch of points hahah.

I beat a 6000BP Akuma today with my Cammy. I gained 126 or something BP from it... which doesn't seem like much considering I had something like 1400 BP at the time.
