Super Addictive
Super Stardust HD is one of the best games currently available on the PlayStation 3's PlayStation Network. It's simple yet addictive dual joystick action reinvents the genre with it's fast pace and intense gameplay. It takes the tired concept of "move with one stick and shoot with the other" and refreshes it by setting the game on one of five interesting, spherical planets in the single player Arcade mode. Each planet consists of five phases, each progressively harder, leading up to a boss fight in the fifth phase. While this template is repeated throughout all five planets, SSHD never gets repetitive with an array of great weapons, some upgradeable, and it's constantly challenging action.
With the optional add-on packs, SSHD provides a complete gaming experience. The competitive and cooperative multiplayer is very fun and enjoyable. Now with the addition of trophies to the mix, you will find yourself hooked trying to get every one of them in your collection. This addictive title is very easy to pick up and play, and is sure to provide a great time for casual gamers and hardcore gamers alike.
