New Super Details
Nakky's latest Blog update has details on the game's new stages. Super will have four new stages: India, Korea, Savanna, and Construction Grounds. Nakky had this to say about them:
In the India stage, the animals and people in the background will get rowdy when the fight becomes intense. Animations include cows eating the grass and the elephant standing on its rear legs when you win. There are some ladies in the background in saris who will cheer only when you're playing as Dhalsim.
The Korea stage was created by consultation with the Capcom Korea staff. There's an old man and woman holding hands that will kiss when if you win. Nakky states she's most proud of of the Savanna stage. There's a brightly shining sun in the stage, but it will sometimes be covered by eclipses. The meercats in the stage will clap if you win. It looks awesome!:

OP:
Ms Natsuki Shiozawa, aka "Nakky" to Japanese Street Fighting folks, has updated the Japanese Super Street Figher 4 blog. Ms Shiozawa reveals development on Super Street Fighter 4 is fast approaching the debugging and fine tuning stages.
Elsewhere, within a Famitsu blog post, Ono-san shares some details on the new characters...as well as his recent bout of diarrhoea.
Regarding Adon, Ono says that in Alpha 3 you could change the character's move set based off your choice of one of the three isms. SFIV has no ism system in place, but they're hoping to draw moves from the Adon's various isms into the new game. Just as an example, Ono mentions the possibility of putting Adon's X-ism mid air jaguar kick into his standard move set. Apprently his team are currently running through tests of this form right now.
There are more details to be found in the blog post. (Google Translated)
You can see profile pages for the new characters with voice samples, at the Super SFIV official site.
He sounds pretty cool also, unlike Cody and Adon who sound like they're being voiced by the same voice actor...They sound too similar for my liking, at least Guy's voice sounds distinct.

" What does it mean by Adon's isms? Is it going to be sort of like Gen switching between styles during battle. "
No, he's simply saying that they're trying to incorporate moves from his Alpha 3 isms.
...
Sounds good to me. I really want to use Guy though. I just hope his combos in SF4 aren't too hard. I might try out Cody too, he has his own distinct style of badassery.
That Cody character select art is hands down my favorite in the game so far. I dont know what it is but he just looks bad ass.
He never really appealed to me in Alpha 3, even though as with all characters I choose him for a significant amount of time. Maybe that will change in this game, it depends on how he's bolstered.

Now what street fighter character could ever be able to throw those things...?
"
Fairly excited for these guys, even though I have played about an hour total of Alpha 2.
I've never seen Ibuki in my life, but according to her appearances, she was in The Alpha Anthology that was released for the PlayStation 2. Was she in Gem Fighter or something? I played many hours of Alpha and Alpha 2 and I don't recall seeing her anywhere." I would just like to point out that that is a Kunai that Guy is deflecting.
