Swing Copters

Overview

Swing Copters is a mobile game developed by Dong Nguyen, the creator of Flappy Bird, and released through Vietnamese publisher .Gears Studios. The game is similar to Flappy Bird in terms of its simple, but cartoonish aesthetic.

Gameplay

The goal of Swing Copters is to fly upward as far as possible, with a point awarded for each story cleared. The borders between stories are guarded by gaps that the player must fly through, and these gaps are guarded by large, swinging hammers. If the player is hit once, the round is immediately over.

To fly, the player must tap the screen to guide the player character upward while avoiding the obstacles. The character also flies horizontally in the direction it is facing. Each time the screen is tapped, the character switches direction. The player must tap the screen with proper timing to prevent the character with colliding with anything.
