    After graduating from the Tama Art University in Tokyo, Takayoshi Sato joined Konami in 1996 as an Artist and Animator. He was then promoted to CGI Director for Silent Hill and Silent Hill 2. In 2003, he left Konami and joined Electronic Arts in Los Angeles, California and worked on GoldenEye: Rogue Agent and the unreleased Tiberium. Sato is now the Art Director for the Applied Research Associates, Virtual Heroes Serious game Division.

    Sato is known for his fluent English.
