    Just picked up Oblivion for PC its pretty nice, anyone know of any good mods I should use.

    I was particularly looking into some graphics mods, I was hoping I wouldn't have to install a bunch of different mods to enhance the graphics, anyone know of any one overall good graphics enhancement mod for it?

    would appreciate the help^^

    It's been a while, but I think there's an all-in-one graphical enhancement pack. Fixes distant textures, improves weather effects etc.

    It's not needed unless you have like 100's of mods.

    Use Oblivion Mod Manager even if you only have 1 mod.

    Go in the deep end first and try to set yourself up with FCOM Convergence without fucking something up.

    @Jman522:
    It's according to how comfortable you are with modding a game. I don't mess with it, but in some cases it helps; mod load order, compatibility of mods and some other features. I would say go for it and use it. It's safe and helps with crashes and stuff, plus you can always delete it. I have Windows XP, not sure about Vista and such.
