It's been an incredibly long time since I've last blogged. I've basically dropped off the face of the planet in many ways. University has consumed my life, although I still spend a ton of time browsing the web and gaming. Not much into the party scene at all anymore. I guess as you get older, the desire to participate in those activities slows down.
Let me get sidetracked on another topic once again. The launch of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is only footsteps away. I say this because I've been waiting for over 3 years for this game to be released. While I dabbled with Morrowind, I've excessively played Oblivion, amounting to over 1000 hours of gameplay throughout 15 different characters. To this day, I still listen to the soundtrack from both games regularly, and literally track every single piece of content Bethesda Game Studios has to release.
My interest in the Elder Scrolls caused my fascination with Bethesda Game Studios, and how creative the team really is. They bring life into the idea of living and breathing in another world. It's amazed me for 6 years now, and I have hopes of eventually becoming a part of Bethesda Softworks to contribute to what isn't just interactive media, but rather an experience that won't be forgotten in a lifetime.
Now that Skyrim is only 5 days away, I wanted to share one of my favorite songs in Gaming. The song is from The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, and it was created by Jeremy Soule. The song I'm referring to is called "The Road Most Traveled". Listening to this song brings out so many different feelings of craving adventure, mystery, exploration, and the desire of pushing forward through any obstacle.
I'll provide a link to the song, for any of you that have not heard it.

With these remaining 5 days, I'll try to avoid reading too much new information on the game. I want this to be a fresh experience just like the previous games have been for me. This upcoming weekend will be spent in Tamriel. That I can assure you.
