Anyways, it was brought in conversation one time.  When someone suggested Nintendo should make a Zelda racing game, my head just spun.

There have been racing elements in certain Zelda games (Rolling as a goron, snowboarding etc) so sure they could do it, but they shouldn't. It would be stupid and pointless to make another Mario Kart and Zelda so far has managed to avoid becoming a series of exploitative crap titles (Link's Crossbow training was the only exception, I think.)

It doesn't make me laugh but boy, it still seems like a pretty terrible idea.

I wouldn't mind seeing a "Super Smash Kart", which would be like Mario Kart, but stars characters from a variety of Nintendo franchises. But a Zelda racing game on it's own sounds dumb.

if your franchise gets a racing game that means your slowly dieing off
with the SNES mario kart fuck you mario kart 64 and the wii one too
