    Overview

Tomio Kanazawa is a Japanese game developer that has produced many titles at several different companies over course of his long career. He famously helped form the Team Craze development studio at Pack-in-Video (later called Victor Interactive) and penned the script for several adventure games based off novels written by Jiro Akagawa.

Later Kanazawa worked as a producer at Rising Star Games as well as Marvelous Entertainment where he produced Deadly Premonition and Tokyo Majin Gakuen: Fuju Houroku among many other titles.

On August 10, 2011, after leaving Marvelous in 2010, Tomio Kanazawa co-founded Toybox inc. with Yasuhiro Wada where he eventually formed a development group within the company called "teamCRAZE", named after the team he established at Victor Interactive. TeamCRAZE has created several adventure titles at the company including 7'scarlet and World End Syndrome, which were both written and directed by Kanazawa.
