I felt pretty negatively about this game at first. But after playing the trial several times, I reluctantly made a purchase, and I'm glad that I did. Doesn't feel perfect, but it's much closer than I would have expected them to come, especially considering the fact that they're using a completely different game engine.

At any rate, as slim as seven levels might seem, the new gameplay modes, online, projectives, and endless score-based replay value made this easily worth the points. Other than the control not feeling exactly like THPS2, and the inexplicable loss of HORSE mode, most of the complaints leveled against this game seem like a joke.

Lastly, I found a great guide on You Tube that should help anyone having issues with a goal or two, so I thought I'd share it here: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8AD21D49FD54B07F

I'd try to use it sparingly, as discovery is one of the most entertaining elements of the Tony Hawk series, and this shows you EVERYTHING.
