Well, as long as the Torchlight MMO is still happening, I'm game for this.
I loved the original, after all!
Torchlight II
Game » consists of 7 releases. Released Sep 20, 2012
The sequel to Runic Games' Torchlight, it features four new classes, a much bigger world, online co-op play, and a host of other new features.
Torchlight II Coming Spring 2011
Now if they let owners of the original game go through all that content in coop that'd be cool.
Dudebro... really!?! It's logical to go after Diablo 3? As in releasing an action RPG in the same timeframe as Diablo 3 or post-release of Diablo 3? Torchlight has been successful because there wasn't a game like it in quite some time and the Diablo 3 hype has created somewhat of a market demand for such a game...
...but once Diablo 3 is here, you just can't compete. No matter how good you are at making them, Blizzard has got the luxury of unlimited time and money. Then again. If you are quick about it, you might be able to milk Torchlight one more time before the big boy takes reign of his throne.
Money on the bank!
" @asgoodasezra: Did you find the game really fun and awesome, yet, inexplicably just stop playing halfway through? I'm not sure what happened with me on that game but I am still very excited about multiplayer and what-not. "@indus: actually that's exactly what happened to me after I got it cheap on steam. Totally looking forward to this :)
