    UTIII Is Epic

Welcome to the The world of Unreal Tournament 3. The game has amazing graphics but it's running off of the Unreal Engine, meaning that when you load a level the textures take a few seconds for it to pop in. More or less rips off Gears of Wars, even the main character in "story" mode looks like the Marcus phoenix from gears. One thing about this game that you need to know is how fast the gameplay is, even on the PS3 the game play is extremely fast, if it isn't as fast as you like then you can just pick up a mod that makes it just as fast or faster then the P.C. version. The story mode is more like a tutorial that just took its self to seriously. Nothing special in it, but really I don't think anyone bought this game for the story now did they? The game has a lot of weapons, and many of them are very fun to play around with, they also have some useful secondary fires. Besides the "Story" mode is the Instant Action. From here you can pick from many matches such as Duel, deathmatch, team deathmatch, CTF, as well as you can download some different type of matches (my personal favorite is elimination). Now here's the fun part. If you get tired of these modes, maps, ect for some reason you can just download new mods. So you can get new maps, modes, weapons, cars, ect. All online for free (hopefully). All you need is a Thumb drive or someway to store it (Flashdrive, PSP, ect.). The game also has mutation so you can edit the game play even more, like making the matches even faster, or slowing down time every time you kill someone (Matrix time!) and much more. The AI is amazing so you can have some great fun in it. Next up is Online mode, here is the sad part. There's hardly anyone online. There's about 60 people on last time I checked. This game also supports Keyboard and Mouse, this is great for me since I do way better in this game with a Keyboard and Mouse then I do with my controller. This is a Major Plus. The game offers so much at such A good price, you would be a fool not to pick it up if you own a PS3.

Your Kung Fu is Unreal 0

The quick twitch gameplay of Unreal is rarely seen now. Some people may view it as an "old school" style of FPS gameplay, when in fact it is a completely different style and it deserves your respect. You tell me that a FPS based on hand-eye coordination and quick reflexes can't compete and I will ask you to find a professional sport that doesn't require both. It is the kind of thing that makes a Video Game a serious spectator activity. The first thing that comes to my mind when I load up UT3 is "...

      Low grav – instagib – double speed – ctf – plzkthx. 0

Being a refugee from the PC world is a difficult thing, but for mostly financial reasons I have forsaken the wild, wild west of mods, over clocking and buying more ram for the stable and easy world of consoles. While it is nice to not have to buy a new video card every year there is one specific item that I have missed more then anything else: mouse and keyboard controls. There can be little argument about 'if' mouse and keyboard are superior to a controller for shooters, the only argument is 'h...
