This continues to not be Crusader Kings.

It sounded pretty clear at the end of this stream that they don't have any immediate plans to continue it, they said they wanted to (probably justifiably) make Choose Our Own Adventure more of a "different thing every week" series rather than basically committing to one full game playthrough after another.

That said, this was one of the most entertaining things I've ever seen on this site.

Honestly I hope they don't play past episode 3 of LiS.

It just ends up super disappointing.

Oh god, I watched a full playthrough of this game something like 7 years ago so I'm excited to see the gang's reactions to this thing. It's really stupid.

This is, perhaps, the problem with this concept.

Like if you play a game once..in a format where you give the audience the chance to have you play it again; The vast majority are gonna go "woho I liked that do it again!" The number of voices in the room will only go down as people who don't care for the series don't show up and..

Like LIS I don't really care for, I've yet to finish even the first video of this series, but this? I'd absolutely take more of this.

Then again, if they had only played say, half-way through Until Dawn, or Contradiction(bad typo) then that would have sucked. I think that certain games (like ones that are more then 2 or 3 episodes to complete) make for poor Gbeast full-plays. At least in a format like this. Pulled out as their own thing, a different feature altogether, is of course a different matter.

I'm not sure how far they have gotten in LIS, as I've no idea how long each episode is but..if a full commitment to finishing that game puts us at, what, mid January, or February?, before they get to another game? Well..I guess I'll get too it at some point. If it happens to be a shorter game then, well, we run into the same problem eventually with whatever game they choose to play.

@bladededge: So they played 2 episodes out of 5 of LiS and decided to push that series to GBE playdate.

The original idea of this feature was to play a different game each time and pushing interesting series to GBE playdates should help with the original intent of this series.

Then again, i could see a lot of people voting for Phantasmagoria again. It's up to Giant Beast to decide if they want to play more of this, pass it to the playdate feature or just play something else.

@bladededge: LiS episodes are something like 2 to 2 and a half hours each unless you hunt for everything.

I'm here just to see how they've censored the boobies.

Phantasmagoria 2 is a magical sort of terrible. I wouldn't mind them picking it back up, but I appreciate the idea of doing a new game every week.
