E3 2015: The Elite Dangerous Team is Going Back to Their Roots with Planet Coaster

Looks better then whatever that abomination of a Roller Coaster Tycoon that Atari is putting out. Speaking of which has anyone else realized that the new RCT has gone through 2 studios so far and Atari has not said who the current developers even are?

Between this and RCT World and Theme Park Studio and Parkitect and OpenRCT, it sure is a great time to be an RCT fan.

@wazanator: I'm just glad to see someone making a new RTC type game that doesn't look like a shameless money grab/reuse of decade old assets.

Seriously though, I played so much RCT 1 and 2, and I really hope this could be the real deal returning to Roller Coaster/Amusement Park builder sims.

Two things:

1. Will we be reunited with Big Jeffery?

2. Not gonna lie, country music for a video game trailer is a fantastic change for once.

Grind it up and shoot it into my veins. I am an RCT fanatic, and since the official Atari RCT World game seems to be passed off between 15 different studios and shows no signs of ever coming out or being any good, I'm hopeful the original RCT devs can make it happen.

RCT World seems perpetually on fire in different ways.

This E3 has had some good goddamn music pairings with a lot of the trailers!
