E3 2017: Vampyr Trailer

We got E3 trailers over here!

"The player takes control of a vampiric doctor in the time period following World War I."

That's a hell of a premise. I hope it's good. I'm picturing an action RPG, more emphasis on the RPG.

Top of my wishlist for the site: filter by length. I hate sifting through all the trailers, particularly when going through the back catalog.

while I can't say anything about the quality of the game, this trailer is crazy good

Life is Strange was amazing because it didn't reach too far and just told a great story with simple mechanics, I'm not sure how Dontnod is at bigger projects. Hopefully this game tells great stories.

Stylish editing. Thematically, I wonder what music will be predominant in trailers this year. I hope it isn't slow covers of old songs. I didn't recognize this song, though.

Dishonored vampires?

The trailor doesn't tell us about this game at all other than it being about vamps. But a quick wiki search shows it is an Action RPG that from what I have seen might have a souls like combat? Attacks seem slow in that gif, and might be a risk/reward type of combat.

I got some mad the Darkness vibes from this trailer. will be nice to see what this becomes :). loved the trailer atleast.

Dishonored meets lamer Bloodborne maybe? Hope its 3rd person at least.

No idea what kind of game this is going to be but that trailer was fucking awesome

They have shown other game play focused in teh past that show off a bit more of how the game is played. I have high hopes for this game based more on the past trailers, but this one was trippy and maybe gives the vibe better. This might be like there other games where it strikes a cord with a niche of players.

If the quality of this trailer carries over to the game, I'm sold.
