Pretty trippy and very chill music. Never thought you could reinvent tetris to be some weird trippy dream emulator, but here we are.

@gaminggumper: A ton of particles occluding the actual gameplay doesn't make a game more fun or stimulating to me. The game also isn't innovating much upon Tetris in a way how games like Tetris Battle Gaiden or Puyo Puyo vs Tetris did. So, not much to get excited about.

I am ready to play this. Hopefully they charge a decent price for it.

@shtinky: Totally fair, I for one am excited for a new experience. We've seen literal seconds of actual game, so saying they've done nothing to add to the mechanics seems a little premature. I'm certainly glad that there are ultra precise versions of the game for those looking to excel in core mechanics, as well as new ways to experience something that our minds can relate to on a subconscious level.
I always find I get the most pleasure out of a session of Tetris when reach a point where I'm no longer actively "thinking" of placement, and just allowing my body and mind to react. In most cases my reactions are faster than any active planning could ever allow for.
In my view, this added layer of visual and musical stimulus would help separate my "active" mind from the "reactive" mind. This is how many Lumines sessions would end as well.
