Ed seems like such a nice guy. You can tell he really likes Jeff and Giantbomb.

Must be cool for Jeff to have so much contact with Ed Boon. He seems to really revere the old Midway guys and the man clearly has a love for Mortal Kombat.

Hey Aussie GBers, I'd say the best way to get your copy of MK here ASAP is buy from NZ as the delivery times are like 2-3days and the exchange rate is really good for the Aussie dollar. It'll basically be the PAL version they were going to release here just won't have the same classification, obviously. 
 
Update. Just bought the Kollectors Edition for $175AU delivered, with pre-order bonus!

It's always a good interview when it comes between Ed Boon and GB. They seem to talk like friends more than people interviewing each other and it justs comes out really well.

Ed has always seemed like one of the nicest guys in the industry. It's always a pleasure to watch an interview with him.

I admit that I don't like fighting games, but for some reason I've had a soft spot for Mortal Kombat and I'm still getting that same good old feeling here ^^

Ed Boon is awesome. Once the game's out they should try to get him as a guest on the Bombcast.

I never really got why MK was so popular, it was ghetto compared to Japanese fighters, while catering to the lowest common denominator of dude-bros with its WWE style.
 
I enjoyed the first game for the novelty of it, but it looked like something you'd see on SNL as a joke.

After watching this and the live Quick Look of the demo, I absolutely have to play this game. The return of the Krypt and the Challenge Tower solidified it being worth full price.
