This was great! And even though I've fiddled a bit with game jamming in the past, this was the first I heard about Construct 2, which seems a fantastic tool for prototyping and throwing something together real fast-like :)

@havochq: I loved the way you casually went "yeah, sure!" to basically any crazy idea from the gbeast brain trust (jam sessions with that kind of brainstorming positivity are great fun) and then turn around and just make it work in a couple of minutes (not quite my regular experience for what follows a crazy brainstorming session ;) ) while simultaneously explaining what you're doing. Great job!

@neo1piv014: @ehyehasherehyeh: Thank you! :D I had a total blast - I've done this sort of thing as a workshop for game design students a few times before, and doing it with the Giant Beast crew (and Dan!) was absolutely wonderful. I'm eager to see what happens next with this feature, there's so much potential for folks showing their side of the game dev process!

A friend of mine over at Mommy's Best Games is working on a game (Pig Eat Ball) that actually uses a similar mechanic to the growing/shrinking by expelling... bodily substances... for puzzle-y purposes. Except his is based on barfs instead of "stoops." They are some really cool things you can do with it!

Great video! Now I just need to keep an eye out for a deal on Construct!

This was great. I'd really like to see more of these types of videos go up. Hopefully we can get Alex Zandra on to do this on a semi-regular basis. She's so cute ;)

@havochq's GOTY list led me here. This is secretly one of the best videos on GB. Also, Dan's bewilderment at 49:40 at de-pooping is magic.
