This was REALLY fun to watch! If you guys do this again, you should throw in a couple easy levels too. Shaving off seconds of time off those early levels is a good time and it would ensure that most people would actually finish, making it more competitive. Maybe 2 levels from world 1, 2 levels from world 2 and 2 from world 3.

@cabbages: They appeared on an extra life stream for a while last year with Jan and Rorie. But this is the first time since then.

This was one such a delight. I was really excited for it given how much I've been digging the game and have enjoyed Dan and Grubb's rivalry around scores, but exceeded all expectations. Lovely seeing Brad and Vinny on the site again, and Jess did a great job of wrangling the chaos.

Watched live, but just dropping by the archive to say this was great even throughout the technical issues that plagued the event. Ton of GBeast vibes and everyone was clearly having a great time. Great job everyone.

Couldn’t catch this live but very excited to watch the archive! I hope this is a recurring series, not just with Neon White but with other competitive run games.

Also, regardless of the actual winner, Vinny had the play of the game with that one recovery.

Great stuff! As for the tech issues, I know there's a limit to the number of streams nvenc can handle at once, with so many peoples' cams and gameplay feeds maybe Jan's pc hit that number?
