I've never played the first game but I do enjoy me some Tekken.

Tekken Tag is still my favorite Tekken game.  Tekken 6 is still pretty sweet tho. 

So there will be a young Heihachi in this game?
 
Anyways, I am really excited since I have been hoping for another Tekken Tag game for a long time now.

that looks really rough. i don't know if it's the animations or if it's because it's just a trailer or what.

I'm getting really torn with all the fighting games. I have Tekken 6 and SSF4 and then there's MvC3 and TxSF... I'm feeling more and more like sticking with one and just getting good at that as opposed to getting all and being mediocre at best

Not interested. At all. This might as well be a patch for Tekken 6 for christ sakes. Pretty sick of Tekken nowadays.

I'm a big fighting fan, but I've never understood the appeal of Tekken.

I'm more interested in a new tag game than I was of Tekken 6. Mostly because I fondly remember Tekken Tag and Tekken 3.

The best part was the actual tag-team move, which seems to be a huge gameplay addition. 

This better have bowling in it! 
 
Tekken Tag spoiled me so much I could never get into another Tekken game after it. Tag and Tekken 2 are the only ones I still play to this day.

yuck, just cant get into beat em ups any more, everything feels so used and done. hope you guys who do enjoy them find it interesting, i sure cannot ><

So they neglected to include a tag mode in the past few Tekkens just for this? So they could do a return to tag battles and milk the franchise over an extended period of time...lame. I use to love Tekken, but it has changed very little since the third installment, and this does nothing for me. You might as well just play the first tekken tag, its the same thing + you don't have to wait for it come out and it's a lot cheaper.

Now I'm convinced that nobody at Namco knows what to do with the Tekken franchise.
