Examiner reports that the new dashboard will be available November 1st, which happens to be tomorrow.  Get ready for all the new features!  I'm looking forward to the improved voice chat.
 

HOT JANKY! Sounds good, man. I think most of the features are minimal, but overall they sound like an upgrade.

Finally my friends are getting it so we can talk in party chat .  Damn it's been long.

I look foward to seeing just how well the sound quality has actually improved in chat as well as trying out the ESPN3 stuff.

Guess I'll find out if my avatar's Penny Arcade is still usable, thanks for the news man!

Some dashboard update. Enables kinect (big deal). Otherwise, it's essentially the same shitty interface that makes poor use of available space and fills my screen up with countless things that I don't give the slightest fuck about.

NETFLIX for Canada!

I welcome this. I've been waiting way too long to Party Chat with my friends, and now I finally can. Seems like a good time for a Saints Row 2 run with a friend when we can hear each other more clearly! :D

Most of my avatar stuff is still unusable, both the few I purchased and what awards from games.  They are slowly fixing that but as of this moment I've still got a bunch that don't work.  Haven't tested my Cardboard Tube Samurai yet. 
 
Looking forward to being back on the same dashboard as my friends.  To party chat I've been using an older 360 I've got sitting around with a new profile on a free trial gold membership.  Get into party chat with friends, switch inputs to my 'real' 360 and load up the game with them.  Sure in game chat could be used but party chat is where it's at. 
 
Oh, and though I don't care about sports at all I found myself actually spending a surprising amount of time with the ESPN stuff.

Looking forward to the new look. Very fitting for the Kinect era.

Honestly couldn't give a fuck about the rest of it. The UK doesn't get half the dashboard services the US gets anyway. And there's more chance of me laying an egg with a connect camera in it than me buying one.

I'm mainly excited for the ability to use Party Chat again. That was one separation that the beta caused that gave me some issue.  
 
I guess, I also want all those damn avatar awards to be updated. I want to use the Meat Boy that I won!

Yes it's out now, although a lot of people are having a hard time getting it downloaded. It took me over a half an hour of re-trying to get it to download.

It's definitely faster than the old dashboard.

I noticed an upgrade to the video quality of Netflix also.

Its not as jittery has the old dashboard and faster because of it, plus I think it looks much nicer and they seem to have reduced the size of a lot of the text.

I like it. Fresh and user friendly.

It seems nicer, but it's a shame they didn't alter the layout any. If you count the panels in just the main channels (no sub-sections), there's 72. 50 of those could be considered advertisements, and 3 of them are duplicates. (game, music, and video library appear on their respective channels, and on the My Xbox channel.) 
 
Also, exiting an XBLA or Indie game to the Game Library still takes 30-60 seconds to load for me. I timed it today: 57 seconds.

I noticed a big speed difference also.
