I have not been following this, but watching some videos I realised it may be right up my alley as I love RTS games, and I have player Warhammer 40k for about 12 years now. Any ways I have been a bit bummed as I don't use my "Gaming PC" often enough to justify the purchase. So I looked up the price of the game, then saw it was a full fledged release, and just happened to see it was on consoles too?! Awesome, is there a demo? Yes! Holy shit! I rarely buy games that I am not anticipating, but this may actually be one of my first impulse buys in years. If I like the demo that is.

Yeah, it was designed with a controller in mind. It's not an RTS though, it's turn based.

Dude, buy it. It's awesome on the 360 but if your PC can run it fine might wanna get it there. I can totally see somebody making a 40K mod for it which would be the best thing ever.

I think that's all. aside from the obvious PC gets better graphics and what have you. Its a fine game on xbox. So with that done....BUY IT

Oh yeah.....mods. I am probably going to end up with a PC version of it when Steam drops the price......

Just fyi, the demo isn't very good. It's just some tutorial stuff. The full game is much better.

Oh yes, missed that detail. This is perfectly up your alley.

Your Squad takes cover full cover and half cover. There is elevation bonus. Other things not too indepth on those its light on the environmental.

And in basic is plays just like a small game of 40k, You have a percentage chance to shoot. Which in 40k is dice, you take the rolls of be they good or bad and can end up losing almost all your units only to have luck the hell out and survive.

So yeah its for you.

Absolutely. The demo is bad, the full game is spectacular.

holy crap!!! I thought the demo was fantastic! can't wait until my copy arrives tomorrow (hopefully)

Just played the Demo, yes, I will be buying this, it will keep me sane till Halo 4.

It is a lot of fun and I imagine once you start growing attached to your squad it will become even more fun.

JUST BUY IT.

Yep Jon, If I have any idea of your tastes ( I do), I know you will love XCOM.

I played it on 360 and its fantastic, I usually don't like strategy game but this is easily one of the best games I've played this generation.

All right guys, I went out, and bought it!
