During today's Nintendo Direct Mini it was announced that Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana will be coming to the Switch later this summer. I am personally really excited to see this port since it means that the game will hopefully get more attention with this release and that it might mean that more Falcom titles will be released on the Switch in the future. I think the port is being developed by Nippon Ichi/NIS America instead of Falcom proper, since the company's copyright appears in both the Japanese and English trailers, so hopefully the port will be solid.
