Keep in mind that there'd be no need for a consumer-focused show like X-Play to have any sort of details on E3 if it were going to stay a business-focused, industry-only show. Public E3 2009 confirmed, then? I've heard a few different things from publishers lately that made it sound like the show was going to get big, noisy, and open to the public. But then I heard from other companies that the nature of E3 2009 was still a very big internal struggle between the different member companies of the ESA. If X-Play's announcing details tonight, then that stuff must have been worked out.
