Street Fighter IV Dated for Home Release

February ship dates for console versions confirmed for North America, Europe.

Capcom's Chris Kramer let the dates go this morning, announcing Street Fighter IV's home release via the company's official blog.

North American players will be able to stop punching cars as hard as they can and come inside to play on February 17. Europeans attempting to throw actual fireballs while standing shirtless in a full-length mirror will be able to give up and throw some video game fire as of February 20.

The game will release on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. A PC version was also announced some time ago, but Capcom is traditionally a bit late with their Windows editions. Also, how crazy is it that a fighting game is coming to the PC? Given Capcom's penchant for digital distribution, that means that people will be downloading Ryu into their homes next year. The future is now, friends.
