The First Assassin's Creed was pretty awesome, other then the extreme repetition it really brought new things to the open world action games - like awesome climbing animations and the likesBut how will the sequel fair?
well from what we know so far, the game takes place in the year 1476, during the Renaissance (which stands for the rebirth in french) in Italy, you play as EzioAuditore de Firenze a young noble who has been betrayed by the royal families , Ezio is known to have blood ties with Altair

The Game will take place in real location as the first one did, and all set pieces will be in Italy such as Saint Marks Basilica cathedral, The Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge, and Da Vincis Workshop among other places.Da Vinci will be your main man, and hook you up with cool new inventions for all your assassination's needs, such as wings! for flying... gliding, there will be gliding sections in the game, you can also use gliding for quick espaces, and arial assaults.
Ezio has two hidden blades, which will give him special moves such as disarm techniques, so that you may use the enemies weapons against them, and you will also be able to pick up weapons from diseased enemies, so all your arsenal will be obtain from dudes you murder, Ezio can also swim as Italian cities have a lot of canals, one more trick that Ezio has that Altair dismissed, is that you can now kill people while hiding in hiding spots,Ezio's health does not regenerate and you must visit town doctors to get healed .
The game will provide much more variety of enememies, they also introduce elite enemies which will provide much more challenge to take down, also along the variety side the game offers 16 different mission types, and non of them include pick pocketing or eves dropping.
All the weapons will have finishing moves, and will be upgradable, you may also purchase weapons, and all collecting items will grant you rewards such as special weapons, and new fighting techniques, the game will also include a day and night cycle
