Anybody have this issue? Whenever I mouse over text my FPS drops dramatically. When text pops up on the screen I get a massive FPS drop too. For example, the opening credits. The names that fade in then out. The game would drop to like 10 FPS while the name was fading in, then when it's fully faded in, my FPS goes back up. Then when it fades out it drops back down, and any dialog choices I mouse over I get FPS drops.
