I got the game globe for the Jiggoseum, but instead of going to retrieve it, I saved and turned the game off. I go back the next day and it's not in the dispenser. Is it lost like tears in rain or what?

Go back up to where you collect the game globes, and there's a twisty-switch-lever-whateveryoucallit next to it. Twist that, get a new game globe.

Thanks for replying, but it's OK. I found it. It was already underneath that magnetised crane thing where you're meant to take it. Odd.
