Eric Scott Esch, better known as Butterbean is a professional boxer, kick boxer and mixed martial artist. He first started out in the Toughman Contest before moving into professional boxing. During this time he was featured in the Sega Genesis/32X game Toughman Contest, appearing as a playable character and on the front of the box. After a time in boxing he then moved into the realm of Mixed martial arts, appearing in K-1 and the PRIDE Fighting Championships.
