    Overview

    As proprietor of VA11-HALL-A it is Boss' job to oversee both Jill and Gil. She replaced her left arm with a mechanical prosthetic, and refuses to answer questions on any reasons why and how it came to that.

    Dana can best be described as jolly, and being very care-free. She has a tendency to literally stick her head into other people's things like Sei's helmet simply because "it's fun". She goes to great lengths to ensure the safety and well-being of her employees.
