    Overview

    Decisive Campaigns: Case Blue is a turn-based strategy game developed by VR Designs and published by Matrix Games. Decisive Campaigns: Case Blue features turn-based, hex-based tactical gameplay on an operational level set in the Eastern Front of World War II. The game features 4 campaign scenarios, 2 smaller scenarios, and 1 linked campaign scenario; all with a new and improved AI. The game also includes high command rules, a historical order of battle, and historical officers with action cards. Gameplay mechanics include rail differences and repair rules, airfield overcrowding and intercept rules, improved naval transport rules, air supply missions, and artillery stockpiles. There is also special rules for Guards, Partisans, Worker Militias, and Cossacks; and expanded weather with mud, winter seasons, and frozen rivers. In addition, the game feature the ability to create new divisions and HQs, and rebuild lost regiments. Decisions Campaigns: Case Blue also features multiplayer using its PBEM++ system and an extensive scenario editor.
