Devil May Cry: Pinnacle of Combat

In 2017 Chinese developer Yunchang Game announced they had acquired the rights to develop a brand new Devil May Cry game for mobile devices, stating that their aim would be to bring the depth of combat that fans expect from the brand to mobile devices. They also stated that the game would include online modes such as team battles and real-time PVP.

Trailers and screenshots have revealed that the game is set around Devil May Cry 3 in the franchise, with both Dante and Lady as playable characters. An interview with the developer confirmed that Vergil would be a playable character as well. Enemies and locations are inspired primarily by DMC3 but also include elements lifted from the original Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 4 and DmC Devil May Cry. Although the game will initially release only in China, it has been confirmed the game will eventually launch in English speaking territories as well.
