This has been on the Diablo 3 forums since late last night but since most people tend to stick to the forums they are msot comfortable with i though i should link it here to make sure my fellow EU duders get a smooth launch experience.

the gist of the article is that anyone who downloaded the English or German installers before march 12th has a broken version on their hard drive which will not work and need to update via the links in the article.
