Here is a pic of the error: https://twitter.com/RainVillain/status/379437171897548800/photo/1
Been trying for the last hour to play some Diablo 3 with my friend. We are both connected to PSN. We are both in the same region. Our network Options are set to Friends Only. When we do Quick Match we can each find existing games, so we know joining any match isn't inherently broken.
The official Blizzard forums send you to this page:https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/diablo-iii-console-connection-troubleshooting
..and state ''Playstation 3 players will need to double check your router or modem's settings to ensure that the appropriate ports are being forwarded, and that any other network settings that would restrict your console's connectivity are disabled. For more information on this, please see the support information for your specific router or modem.''
...which is kind of vague, not to mention I am no good with routers. I find it ridiculous that Diablo would require me to rejigger with my router settings to play with friends and yet this isn't a problem with ANY other PS3 game. Surely, this is an error at their end that they can patch?
Has anyone else come across this problem and have found a solution?
