    Overview

    El Greco is a character in Mafia II. He is a doctor often mistook for the painter of the same name.

    Mafia II

    El Greco's first appearance in Mafia II is during the game's fifth chapter The Buzzsaw. After Henry Tomasino is critically injured during the assassination of Sidney Pen, he instructs Vito Scaletta and Joe Barbaro to quickly take him to El Greco before he bleeds out.

    • It is suggested that El Greco's favourite dish is souvlaki, which is a popular type of fast food in Greece.
