Have they patched this game's majority of bugs yet or is it still as fucked up as before when everyone was bagging on this game?

Of course they patched it up. They don't want people to avoid the game.

Comprehensive patch incoming

Thinking of getting this game for Christmas, hopefully it'll be fixed by then.

Sorry to disappoint, but the comprehensive patch looks like it was actually targeted to this week as a release for all platforms, but according to the devs, it won't. Probably because of the FUCKING certification BS. It can take as short as a week to a whole month to just check a patch... It's really pathetic. And Bethesda/Obsidian can't tell when it will be release because of it. But i bet good money for an early-mid release next week.

If by "they" you mean modders, yes. Unofficial patches are availible for PC.

Pc version runs alot better now, they killed the performance issues and fixed a few bugs.  Dunno bout the consoles though.

I've played through it again on the 360, much less buggy, but still got plenty of lockups at the end of the game. Pretty annoying. Not nearly as annoying at launch.

I've had it for 4-5 days, I've had 4 crashes to desktop, and 1 ingame bug, where an NPC would attack me when I tried to talk to him, however I found a workaround for that bug on the internet. I guess i've been playing for almost 10 hours. 
 
So yes, they're there, but it's not so bad.

According to the developers, they are on the finalizing-stages on the big patch. Whatever that means. Soon i guess.

Shit no they still have yet to release the 2nd patch.............................

I'm itching to play this game now, but i wont. It was in early November when they told us "Final touches", and now, a month later still nothing... I want the patch NAOW NAOW NAOW!
