    I remember seeing them everywhere. Try REPCONN if you wanna play it safe, I remember the place being packed with them especially in the storage rooms.

    At Novac at the gas station near the entrance on the shelves are some sensor modules.

    ...but taking them from Novac is considered stealing. The REPCONN ones carry no penalty.
