Several months and 2 DLCs later, Still broken on PS3

Having your game be broken this far after its release with more content on the way is simply inexcusable. Are there any other PS3 players experiencing instances of janky, unplayable framerate at McCarren Airfield, Crimson Caravan HQ and Cottonwood Cove? I have the latest patch and both DLCs. I want to love this game like I did Fallout 3 but this really bad.

I have had these problems as well. What I did was delete FONV and reinstall it.  NOT THE DLC's, NOT YOUR SAVES. From then on its been much better for me at least
