Am I right to think there are no aliens / weird monkeys in this game, unlike the first game? I can't stand it when developers decide to putl crap like that in a game which is meant to be based on the present. To me it is like they ran out of ideas.

well its not being made by crytek... the experts in the field of mid game aliens... so lets hope not

there was evil monkeys which just ruined far cry but from what i have heard all you fight in far cry 2 is people

yep none, crytek like the alien stuff as they showed in crisis, however i think crisis was done much better than the original far cry.

What exactly were the things from the first Far Cry they didn't look like aliens or apes. Kind of reminded me of the beasts from the 13th Warrior.
