what time does the Bombcast usully go up?

I live in U K so i have to wait until Wednesday Morning to get it...what time does it go up usually>

4 PM PST seems to be the normal time.

According to the Bombcast RSS, here's the post times of the past year. Two outliers removed - 7-Jun-2011 7:40:27 AM & 24-Apr-2011 7:02:08 AM.
